"Refund timing was really frustrating"
I ordered from Tags Boutique and ended up needing a refund because of an issue with my order. To be fair, the response I got wasn’t rude or anything, but the timing was just bad and way too slow.
I had to follow up more than once, which got annoying fast. It felt like nothing was moving unless I sent another email to remind them, and that’s not really what you want when you’re already dealing with a problem.
I did eventually get my money back, so I’m giving 2 stars for that. But the whole refund process dragged on longer than it should have, and the poor timing made the experience frustrating.

"Got fixed in the end, but no real person to talk to"
It took a while, but the problem did eventually get sorted. My main frustration was that there was no human contact at all, so it felt like I was just stuck waiting and hoping someone or something was dealing with it.

"Just didn’t feel right"
I was thinking about placing an order, but the site gave me a weird, sketchy feeling quickly. It didn’t really feel trustworthy, and instead of making me feel confident about buying, it kind of felt like they made it my problem to figure out if it was safe or not. I ended up not ordering

"Too inconsistent for me"
I’ve used Tags Boutique a couple of times, and it’s been hit or miss. The first order went fine, so I figured I knew what to expect, but the next one took longer than it should have and the updates were kind of vague. Support did eventually respond, but it wasn’t exactly fast, and I felt like I had to keep explaining the same issue over and over, which got old quick. It’s not the worst service I’ve used, but I wouldn’t count on it if I needed something handled reliably.

"Delivery Took Way Longer Than Promised"
My license plate did eventually show up, but it took much longer than they made it sound like it would. The updates weren’t very clear either, so I was mostly just left wondering what was going on. It wasn’t a total disaster, but the reality definitely didn’t match what was promised. I probably wouldn’t use them again unless I had no other choice.

"Really frustrating support experience"
I tried reaching out to support the whole thing was just frustrating. The reply I got wasn’t helpful at all, and it felt like nobody really cared about getting the issue fixed. It also took way too long to get anywhere with it. Like, how is this okay when someone is just trying to get basic help?

I was surprised how many appointment times were open, so booking was really easy and hassle-free. Nothing is ever perfect, but there wasn’t much to complain about here

I still remember how relieved I felt when they finally helped me get my title transfer sorted out. It took a little longer than I expected, but the support team was patient and helpful the whole way through. Definitely made a stressful process feel more manageable.

The whole experience felt really unprofessional. The staff came across as rude and unorganized, and there was this point where I felt kind of trapped because it seemed like nobody was actually listening or cared about helping. I wouldn’t choose to use them again.

I ordered my temporary tag through tagsatl.com the whole thing was easy. I didn’t have to keep refreshing or following up with anyone, which I appreciated.
It showed up around when I expected it to, and everything looked good. Nothing complicated, no real issues. I’d use them again if I needed another temp tag.

"Ridiculously slow process"
This took way longer than I thought it would. I kept checking for updates and it felt like nothing was really moving. Maybe other people have better luck with it, but for me the wait was kind of ridiculous and just ended up being annoying.

I liked that the site spelled out the document requirements in a way that was easy to follow. I knew exactly what to bring before I headed out, which saved me from making an extra trip. that was a big relief. Wait, why can’t every site be this straightforward?

"Super easy to use"

I tried using Tags Boutique and it was annoying. The pages felt cluttered, the menu didn’t really point me anywhere useful, and every time I thought I was getting close to what I needed, it felt like the goalposts moved again. A few sections were slow to load too, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. After clicking around for a few minutes, I gave up. The site really needs to be cleaned up and made easier to use.

I used Tags Boutique last week to renew my registration, and overall it went smoothly. I had a question during the process, so I reached out to support. They did get back to me and the answer was helpful, but it took longer than I was expecting. After waiting a bit, I ended up following up once before everything got sorted out. By the next day, I had the info I needed and was able to move forward. Not a bad experience at all, but the support side could be a little quicker.

"Payment was fiiine, just a little slow"
I paid on tagsatl.com and the payment did go through, so it wasn’t a huge problem or anything.

The checkout just felt a biiit slow on my end, and for a minute I wasn’t totally sure if the payment had actually worked. The confirmation took a little while to show up.

Overall, it was okayyy. Not terrible, but I think the process could be clearer and quicker. I’d probably give it 3 stars.
